Benjamin Moore Aura Bath and Spa Matte Interior Acrylic Paint (K532)

USE

• Designed for use in bathrooms and saunas
• Recommended for new or previously painted wallboard, plaster, masonry, or wallpapered surfaces; primed or previously painted wood or metal; new or coated acoustic ceilings.
• Provides a mildew resistant coating

COVERAGE

• Quart (946 millilitres)- One coat of approximately 100 square feet of wall space
• Gallon (3.79 litres)- One coat of approximately 400 square feet of wall space
• *Coverage may vary depending on the surface porosity and texture*

SURFACE PREP

• Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of wax, grease, scaling paint and mildew
• Glossy areas should be dulled
• Remove wall covering if there is evidence of bleeding colours

PRIMING

• Self-priming for most surfaces
• A separate primer can be used when there is a significant colour change, new drywall, or painting over oil paint
• Ask about special purpose primers for specific surfaces or if the surface to be painted is water stained, smoke damaged, or very slick

APPLICATION

• Use in a well-ventilated area
  
• Stir thoroughly before use; apply 2 coats
• Do not thin with water
• Never add other paints or solvents
• Apply generously from unpainted area into wet area
• Product can be applied by brush, roller, and spray
• Do not apply when air and surface temperatures are below 10°C (50°F)
• Keep container closed when not in use
• Keep out of reach of children
• It is recommended that anyone who is applying the product or present during application of this product, especially those who are asthmatic, follow the manufacturer's safety precautions
• It is recommended that pregnant women are not present when product is being applied and drying
  
  

DRYING

• Dries to touch and can be recoated after 1 hour
• Painted surfaces can be washed after curing for a minimum of 2-3 weeks
• Humidity and temperature may prolong dry, recoat, and cure times

CLEAN UP & STORAGE

• Promptly use soap and warm water; wash thoroughly after handling
• In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and dispose of in accordance with local regulations
  
• When storing, tightly close container and store upside down
• Store in a well-ventilated area
• Do not store near heat, sparks, open flame, or other sources of ignition
• Protect from freezing
  
• Use completely or dispose of properly
